Osmotol Plus Super Premium Varnish is a transparent coating with a glossy finish and long durability, developed with resins based on special oils that are water-repellent, have a high sunscreen content and protection against fungi, mold and UV rays.  

When to use Osmotol Plus Super Premium

The application of  Osmotol Plus Super Premium  is recommended for planed, sanded or rustic wooden surfaces, such as:

• doors;
• windows;
• chalets;
• columns;
• wainscoting;
• blinds;
• eaves;
• facades;
• pergolas;
• prefabricated houses.

Omostol is the ideal option for coating and protecting these and other types of wooden structures located in outdoor environments. 

How to use Osmotol Plus Super Premium

The part or surface to be coated with  Osmotol Plus Super Premium Varnish must be clean, free of loose particles, dry (with moisture content below 20%), free of mold and free of contaminants (oils, waxes, greases, among others).  

New wood 

Sand the wood in the direction of the grain and remove all sanding dust before applying the Osmostol Plus Super Premium coating.

Aged wood (grayish)

 If you don't have any type of paint, apply ClariDeck treatment to restore the surface's natural tone and texture. Then proceed as if it were new wood. 

Coated wood

Use  Striptizi Gel  (nail polish, varnish and stain remover) and completely remove the previous coatings. Then, completely remove the residue from the remover and proceed as if it were new wood.

Resinous wood

For exterior use, apply the coating directly to the wood.

Wood coated with Osmotol Plus

Sand the surface with fine-grit sandpaper, remove any sanding dust, and then apply a coat of Osmotol Plus gloss or satin restorer.

The application of the product is not recommended for green or damp wood.
