What's the minimum — and the maximum?

One pallet is a fine start — that's what the pallet storage plan exists for — and the ceiling is dedicated bays for container-scale stockholding. Terms roll monthly, so you scale with your season instead of signing for space you don't use.

Can you really sell my stock while storing it?

Yes — that's the point of a warehouse inside a marketplace. Your goods get listed to 210,000+ SME buyers; when orders come, we pick and dispatch from the shelf they already sit on, and you get the sales report. You set prices and can pull stock back any time — it stays yours throughout.

My goods are temperature-sensitive — can you take them?

Tell the desk exactly what the product needs. Ambient storage is standard; temperature-managed handling and storage are arranged case-by-case so the promise made is one your product actually gets — we'd rather say “arranged for you” than overpromise a chiller.

How do I know my stock is safe — and still there?

Fenced, monitored, manned premises with controlled access; every receipt and dispatch is documented, and you get stock reports on the cadence you choose — weekly, monthly, or per movement. Insurance for stored goods is arranged on request. You can visit your stock; just book the slot.

Who handles the port side — clearing, duties, transport to you?

We do — clearing agents, freight and this warehouse are one building's worth of desks. A container can clear the port, land at KM 29 and be on sale the same week, with SONCAP or NAFDAC run by the same team when the goods need it.
