🛒Ordering & Quotes
How do I place an order?
Browse
categories or
price lists, open a product, set your quantity and add to cart — or tap the WhatsApp button on any product to order through the trade desk. Both routes end with a confirmed quote stating goods, quantity and delivery.
What does MOQ mean?
Minimum Order Quantity — the smallest amount a seller trades, shown on every listing (e.g. “MOQ 50 units” or “48 packs”). Many local products start at a single carton; export routes may require a container. If the MOQ is more than you need, ask about consolidation — sharing container space with other buyers.
What does POA / “Trade price on request” mean?
The seller prices that product per enquiry — usually because pricing moves with volume, spec or exchange rates. Tap WhatsApp on the listing, state your quantity and delivery city, and you'll get a written quote, answered the same working day.
What is an RFQ — “one request, multiple quotes”?
Instead of contacting sellers one by one, send the trade desk a single request describing what you need; we circulate it to matching sellers and return their quotes to you — one message, several competing prices.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes — mixed orders are normal in wholesale. Combine products (even from different sellers) and the trade desk consolidates them into one shipment and one delivery where routes allow.
What is the Price Match Promise?
Found the identical product listed cheaper elsewhere? Tell us before you order and we'll match it — details on any product page under the promise badge.
How fast will I get a quote?
Quotes are answered the same working day — that's the trade desk's service standard, on WhatsApp and on RFQs.
💳Payments, Pricing & Currencies
Which currencies can I pay in?
Seven: Nigerian Naira, US Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Ghanaian Cedis, Kenyan Shilling and South African Rand. Switch currency from the selector at the top of any page — your choice is remembered as you browse.
Are the converted prices exact?
On-page conversions are indicative to help you compare; your cart and written quote use the live marketplace rate at the time of order — the quote is the number that counts.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or card through the website checkout, or as directed on your written quote for trade-desk orders. Never hand cash to anyone — every legitimate payment sits against an order record in your account.
Why do prices sometimes change?
Wholesale prices track input costs — sugar, PET, freight, exchange rates. The price on your confirmed quote is locked; page prices refresh with the market, which is why price-list pages show when they were last checked.
Do you offer credit or payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed per relationship as your order history builds — ask the trade desk. Every recorded order strengthens your track record, which is what makes terms possible;
