What if what arrives is not what I ordered?

You're covered by the marketplace's written shipping & returns policy — report the issue within the returns window with photos, and Wigmore's team mediates the resolution with the seller. The policy is the same for every store, so you never depend on one trader's mood.

Can I inspect goods before committing to a big order?

Three ways: every listing carries the seller's real product photos; where the MOQ allows, start with a single carton and judge the goods yourself; and you're welcome to visit our Ikoyi office to talk before buying.

How do I pay — and is it safe?

Through the website checkout by bank transfer or card, in naira or any of 7 currencies. You never hand cash to an unknown person, and every payment sits against an order record in your account.

Is Wigmore actually a real company?

Yes — Wigmore Trading Ltd operates from the 5th Floor, Mulliner Towers, 39 Alfred Rewane Way, Ikoyi, Lagos, alongside our warehousing and clearing operations. Come and see us; skeptics make our favourite customers because they check.

Why are some minimum orders so large?

Wholesale pricing works on volume — but MOQs vary widely by product, many start at a single carton, and for export routes we offer consolidation so you can share container space instead of filling one alone.
