Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state-recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.What does this mean for you?Processing times may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 2 business days although currently, those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact on our business.  Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions.

You may also arrange your own pickup and shipping. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?Processing time for orders is 2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within Nigeria is 1 day for Abuja, 3 days for other states, and 5-10 business days internationally.  All orders are shipped via the buyer\'s preferred method. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping delays that may be affected by, but are not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, or transfers from shipper to international carriers.I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER; DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?Items shipped outside of Nigeria are subject to duties, taxes, handling, and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by Esteem Royale Cosmetics. Customs regulations in Nigeria. require that we display the full product value in a commercial invoice attached to the package (this includes products that are purchased at a discounted price or are part of a promotion). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at sales@esteemroyale.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@esteemroyale.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like makeup products and applicators. (Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Refund ProcessingWe will refund to the payment card or designated account, the price paid for the Goods returned once we receive them in the order specified above. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that they have been used or damaged. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned Goods.Please note that we do not refund delivery charges. RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that every return will need to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis before it is processed. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery date and must include original packaging and tags attached. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days from when we receive your package back into stock and inspected for eligibility before they are issued back onto the original payment method used during checkout
